Gold Purchased but it doesnt appear

I made a purchase for 1400 gold for 34.99 and the gold never appeared. i checked in my itunes account and account balance shows the deduction. I went back to the game and clicked on the gold again and it said this item was already purchased but hasnt downloaded. So i went back to itunes and my balance went down again but this time only $5...

I got a 50 dollar itunes card with the intentions of getting the gold sale and the current value pack with the libra dragon but now i dont have enough in my account to get it at 14.99...

please help

Also note that it sometimes will take up to 2 days for your purchase to arrive. If you haven't already, please force close the game and re open it to see if the purchase arrives.
