Problem with getting a jewelry building

Hello all, Beeza44 here. I am trying to get the jewelry shop in the castle story game and it tells me that I have to many of this type building and to level up. But I am at level 30 already and can't level up anymore. Do I have to delete so other type building or something? Any ideas? thanks for any help.

Yep. The Jeweler's is a royal building. There is a limit on royal buildings. You will need to sell a royal building ... The cheapest and least important one hopefully... Like a watchtoweror lantern spire, or if you have multiples theaters, maybe one of those? :)
