Have you force closed the app and restart again to see if the Pet shows up?

Please also be sure to close all background apps while running this game to ensure it has enough memory and performance to run the game.

how do you force close an app?
when I play on these games they are the only things running on my tablet what a waste of money a 200 dollar tablet just for some games oh well
any other thoughts?

OK had to remove the game from my phone shut my phone off restart my phone re download the game and now all is good with the world
