Lost gems.?

I had 13 gems and after i Went into my profile to change gender and name, 10 of the gems was gone !... I Got the gems because i downloaded two other games ... i deleted again!
What happend? Did they take Them back because of that?

When you first play the game, you choose a name. After that, it costs 10 gems to change the name.

For example

level 1 name- Isaac
then I change my name to MMSIsaac for 10 gems
