Two defferent kinds of trainning time.

I report a serious bug.We play the same game but get defferent treat.Some players spend less time on trainning troops than I do.I found this problem a few days ago and I have reported it to the developer.But days passed and nothing changed.I hope someone can take it seriously.Give me a answer please.
