Level 95 player-game reset to level 1

game was running slow all day and was on my island a few hours ago but just gone in and i'm level 1,my 98 million coins replaced with 5000,had over 1000 gold but that says 20 now and i have 8 apples.no neighbors,no messages on the wall etc etc

ta.received email back and i just replied-almost had a heart attack when i went in.....

I know this happened to me a few years ago? Yes I had a huge panic attack!!
