Why is there a max level of 150 for XP?

To give you an arbitrary number to shoot for. Leveling past level 69 is worthless as there are no further rewards for advancement.

Yes every time in level up my " expansion" maps required jumps up. 64? Really? At 20 per day 3 days plus a quest or three to get

I'm level 150 and I don't have the mining feature as I'm not part of the beta test group.

But, yes, eventually you (and the rest of us) will be able to participate in the mining as well :)

Kooky did I miss in the game play rules why we are limited to a level of 150 but XP points continue to accumulate? Thanks

The game will let you continue to gain Xps even if there is a cap level.
If TL increases the cap level, then you will automatically jump to the level that matches your current XPs.
