Maybe a few open refund requests will get us an answer. We get none on here, just constant changes that make attacking impossible, and no hope for hackers (many in top 50 mind you, ya you may not know who). We have had no real update for months, just nerfing troops and making some accounts pay more for those troops. It's getting ridiculous, at some point we need to have a legit stance and get them to dedicate time and resources to actually helping the game. At this point we are not getting what we are paying for!
I know I choose to pay money for this game. At the same time I expected something for said money, and I'm not getting it or I'm now getting a lesser version of it.
