does everyone get themed and timed goals at the same time?

I was told by one of my neighbors she has February goals (i'm assuming for Valentines day as I greyed out choices in decorations marked a being available when a goal is reached).we both have 90+ levels but i'm not getting those options.we also both have Android systems.what's up? I see menu that are themed for Valentines day marked as goal but greyed out because I haven't completed them, but i'm not getting ant goals to be able to do them.

What items are you seeing grayed out? It could be items from last year goals that you can't unlock anymore

As for current vday goals it is unlikely your neighbor has them since no one else has them

Which device r u playing on? I'm playing on iPhone-iPad and I have no such recipes. Nor have I seen such a recipe this yr or last yr.

Yeah those are locked on this acct but not on my other acct so yes it was a past goal item probably from 2011
