Getting a new phone - will need to transfer the game

I will be getting a new phone on Wednesday and would like to transfer my games (fashion and dragon) to the new phone. I've searched the boards and found several threads, but the link that is supposed to take me to a page to tell me how to do it says that I don't have permission to access it. Can someone point me in the right direction to something I can access? thanks

ok thanks! I'll try it. Just promise me that if I jack it all up TL will somehow be able to magically zap my games onto my new phone!

As long as you know your original Storm8 ID and some basic details we can help you out :)

If you use the login feature you will get the same ID on both devices.... If you want to transfer the game off the old device here is the transfer thread http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?42962-Have-a-new-device-Restore-your-original-account-here! Then if you are keeping the old device you can set up a new ID on it.
