retrieve old account without old device and when new account has been created

As said on title. Bakery Story, Restaurant Story and Farm Story, they all had an Storm8 ID so I have made an enquiry before I have found this website. What shall I do now? Can they help me to retrieve my old account to my new device?

If you have already set up a new storm Id on your new device:

email teamlava with your new device number, old device number(if you have it).
also with your new storm ID and the old storm Id.

they can transfer all games by the storm ID .

They did mine.
After transfer you will have your old ID number plus old games on your new device.

It does a few days for them to respond to email. You may want to use your temp game to post on your old walls to let your neighbors know you will be back soon.
