Took all my tickets, would'nt play. Very upset.

took 20 of my bingo tickets, then said "unable to connect at this time", and back to homescreen with zero tickets. i'm pretty upset.
Why do i get the feeling this won't be resolved before the deal to get 185 gems is gone?
