missing gems and plane coins

Okay.. so I had 7 gems and last night and downloaded the farm story 2 valentines for an extra 30.. I now had 37.. I bought 25 gems worth of valentines stuff (2 chairs and a birdhouse with bluebirds) last night leaving me 12 gems when I turned on my game this morning (ipad) valentines version all my gems were gone?? (went into my reg version and all gems gone there too)...
I also just sent a plane order and it came back empty with no xp or coins (xp mean more than coins ;)

You can contact support (support@teamlava.com) to see exactly what the gems were spent on. As for the empty plane, please try force closing the game to see if everything reappears. :)
