Musical Gifts - What to use them for?

Hi Everyone!! I've searched the forum thoroughly and unfortunately I can't find clear direction for my question. The forum is really detailed though and responses great, so I hope you all can help :)
Here's the question:

??What items to build or earn or anything, do you use the Music Note & Drum Parts for?

I've gifted these items a couple times to someone because we both liked them but neither of us know what they're for. I know buildables often take 4 - 5 different parts, so I have a 2nd question:

??What giftable items accompany the drum & music note?
