No Gems

I downloaded RS Valentines and got no gems

Were u told ud receive gems? Did it just say Install or did it say Install and Play? U might need 2 write the support at
support@teamlava.com
I'm just guessing since I'm on iOS and they don't give us different versions of the game.

Did you get the pop-up goal to download RS Valentines? You need to open the goal on each game you want to receive gems.

If you just went out to Google Play without getting the goal, you won't get the gems on that game. And once you download RS Valentines outside of the goal, you won't get the goal or the gems.
