I can?t buy appliances

I'm trying to buy appliances that need to be built, but it just says that I can complete it with help from my friends. When I click and hold to drag it, it still doesn?t work. Some that you need to build work, by I wanna build the drum one, I thing that's what it's called. It doesn't let me buy it.

When you are clicking to buy it, you're clicking the info thing. Try touching on the actual appliance more above.
