cant change floor,wall

Im level 14 and still no wall or floor when i first got both food story it was there now its not this has got to get fix my son ipod works fine but this cricket adroid phones it drags.

I have issues with my android app. I cannot put any additional walls, or fixtures up. Now all ever since the update 2 days ago I can't place multiple inventory items on my farms and everything drags. I also get hung processing upon exit. The new update is horrible

I hope this wall/tile change for android gets fixed soon...I hate having such a tacky place! I'm on level 20 and it still looks like I just began (besides size, furniture and accessories)
