I am guessing that since Droid users can't take pics then they are not eligible for the contests? Is there a fix for this or will there be anytime soon?

I know it's a hassle, but how about taking a pic with you place open on the phone, using a digital camera, and then uploading and submitting that. Like I said, a hassle for sure, but at least you can still enter.

Can't really take your digital camera with you to work every day and take pictures.

Although not as ideal, if you have the android SDK installed and the adb drivers for your phone, you can grab a screen shot with the Dalvik Debug Monitor. It allows to to take screen grabs of your phone when its connected to your PC. Its the ddms.bat in the tools folder of the android sdk.

I have one picture that I use for about 4 weeks, and just keep uploading that one. You dont need to have a new picture everytime you want to enter. The only reason I might take a new picture is if I change my restaurant in any way.

You can root your phone with z4root (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=833953)
Install ShootMe or drocap2 from the market to take screenshots. Pictures are saved on your sdcard.
If you don't want to keep your phone rooted use the same app to unroot it.
