Game shutting down my tablet...help!!!

Hi guys...I play 3 of these games but Fashion Story in particular seems to shut my tablet off and pretty frequently too...Anyone know why and even more importantly how I can fix this problem...Thanks in advance for any advice received...Bev

This happens to me too but only on pet shop. It happens when visiting neighbors.

I'm playing on a tablet and it happens to me the most on FS when I'm tipping my neighbours boutiques. Some times on RS and BS but not very often. I feel like team lava don't care any more. Stormies boutique, bakery or restaurant never change or keep up to date, we don't get teasers any more and the blog is not worth visiting any more either. I've tried emailing a nice email but never got any answer, so I've just put up with the shutting down.
