Treasure chests are empty in tournament

Tournament is not working properly today. Treasure chests were empty after opening them after each round in Tournament. 8 or 9 of my keys were completely wasted! Also, there was no collection bonus of usual 100 coins and 2 boosts today in Tournament.

i am having the exact same problem. Have opened many many chests for what is feeling like no reason at all!! Frustrating!:mad:

I had the exact problem and then some. I wrote an email, received the automated response but nothing else. I think they messed something up when trying to present the new sweepstake game (which by the way I have no idea how to launch it!) I wish they would at least answer SOME of these posts or email.
