Try deleting the game and install again. It may help. If that doesn't do the trick, email the support team. Good luck!

You have too many apps open. Try to free memory by closing apps. Ideally close all apps. I had the same issue on my old iPad 1.

Thank u for the advice...I already close all the apps but the problem still there. I'll try to delete the apps and reinstall again

Was device do you have and what iOS are you running? What version of the game do you have?
