never completed collection

Every time I went to my neighbors shop and it would say I completed a collection when I didnt then when I went to storage it said jack russel was in storage but the picture of jack russel was a broom then it would refresh and I never got jack russel

Mine keeps saying the same thing but before I can even get to my storage I get the "out of sync" message and have to exit the game....GGrrrrrr!!!! :mad:
