This quest is gonna be so fun! love it :)
First fight 20 mean (regular) skunks to find a nice one.
Then you will find a baby skunkupine who's lost.

After fighting 20 skunks, find one that's different color probably abandoned by his mom.
Then need to collect from Thomas's house x1, theater x1, stable x1, hatchery x1, library x1, and market x1

Then need to offer 500,000 coins for someone to adopt the baby skunk
