Mythic essence

I am working on this quest & am supposed to "Tell one, Tell all" 50 neighbors that I discovered mythic essence. I click on it, go to a neighbor and the only choice I have is to visit or gift. I have tried posting the message to a particular neighbor's wall, but nothing happens. So now what am I supposed to do? Please advise. Thank you, Karen

For this goal, you will need to go and visit community members not neighbors.:)
