How to get through the last section?

What do you mean? I don't think there's any special trick. Like the rest of the level, you just have to get through as efficiently as possible.

I recommend writing down the color changing patterns and then taking your time with the shots so that you can be most strategic.

Here are some tips for that section:

In this section, some bubbles switch between two colors and some between three, resulting in a repeating cycle of six unique patterns. It is best to observe this six-step cycle for one full cycle, and then plan your attack. It is also best to write down the cycle, so you know what colors to expect on the switching bubbles before each turn; it's too complicated for most people to remember. If you are short on remaining bubbles, you can actually save a little time by starting to observe the switching cycle before you even enter the final section, while still advancing through the previous section; the colors are darkened, but you can still see them. If well-planned, you can quickly cut your way through this stage. The most important thing is to note that in two of the six patterns in the cycle, there are long vertical columns of a single color. Note the colors of the bubbles in these columns, and at which of the six steps they occur within the cycle. With one of these, the color is the same as the mid-level babies, and the columns pass right through the babies, which means that you can take out these babies with a single shot, if timed and placed correctly. For the other step in the six-step cycle in which there are long vertical columns, if you hit the middle-most one with the right color bubble and right timing, you can take out a big chunk of the middle section all at once, which opens up quick access to the babies at the top.
