Explain Gold Habitats.

I've searched old threads but there's so much misinformation, I need some clarification.

I have two treasure habitats with a max capacity of five gold.

I have three gold dragons.

Will I get 10 gold per day from one habitat and 5 from the other? Or will I need a third treasure habitat to get the max of 15 gold a day?

Help!

ALSO: When you hit "collect" and there is no gold to collect, does that reset the timer to produce gold? Or is it automatic?

Level 1-3, 1 gold per day - takes 24 hours to produce 1 gold bar
Level 4-6, 2 gold per day - takes 12 hours to produce 1 gold bar
Level 7-9, 4 gold per day - takes 6 hours to produce 1 gold bar
Epic lvl 10, 5 gold per day - takes 4 hours 48 minutes to produce 1 gold bar

If the dragons are epic it is easiest to have 1 dragon in each of the new terraces - the new terraces will only accumulate 5 gold bars - if you have 2 epic dragons in 1 new terrace after 9 hours 36 minutes there will be 4 gold to collect, if you wait longer to collect you will lose a gold bar.

I have a timer set for 24 hours and collect after it goes off... Having a timer is the easiest way to make sure you get your gold.

If there is not the gold bar with collect under it the timer won't be reset, but it is a good idea to only click the habitat when it is due for collection.
