Problem

On my iPad my castle story shuts down as soon as I open it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game but I still have the same problem. I don't have this problem on my iPod though. Any suggestions?

Please try closing other apps running in the background of your iPad to free up some resources that may help run your game.

Please try restarting your device as well. When the game opens are you able to play at all? Collect from anything? Load any content? Which iPad are you trying to play the game on?

If you are using an older device, you will want to wait a few minutes and let the game fully load first before you start playing. Your device may not have enough resources to run all of the content in your Kingdom and also perform the actions you queue up in the game.
