Black Screen!!!!!

Every time I try to log into the game all I get is a black screen this makes it very hard to serve the food before it spoils as well as makes it hard to complete goals I am spending my coins to start the food and then unable to serve it which makes it where I have wasted the coins as well as the time this is making me mad and gonna make it where i stop playing since I am not getting anywhere please help to fix this:mad::mad::mad:
