I've now made a gem purchase twice, and have not received my gems. I put in a ticket on Thursday with TL for the first purchase and have had no response, save the canned one, saying they're extremely busy. I made the mistake of trying to purchase again tonight, and again, got nothing! I would expect a better response time than this! If there are that many issues, pls hire enough customer support staff to deal with it!

If you have received your receipt please make sure to include it in the ticket if you haven't already.

Not happy! Bought gems to purchase Xmas items, too late. Can't buy to purchase the current LTO! Why can't this be corrected?
