Case three reset

I was almost complete case 3 (about 94% I think) when I clicked the game again and it had reset me to only being at 50%. It took me days and days to save up the energy to get that far.
I'm on an iPhone, most updates IOS 7 and playing with game version 1.2.2. My support ID is V5JM6QM. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry that this happened! Do you know if you were playing in offline mode? Did this issue occur when transitioning from offline mode to online? Have you tried force closing and restarting the game?
