Case 5 issues examining bandana

I am having problems in case 5 examining the bandana. As soon as it is selected it kicks me out of the game. Is there anyway to fix this so I can move on?

I hate to say it but deleting and reinstalling might be the best thing here

You might also try closing any apps that are running in the background. This should free up some resources and hopefully prevent this from happening.
