I am not getting free gems for installing games

I downLoaded imobster and Treasure story because it says it's gonna give me free 6 gem. I am not getting way. Why is that and can you fix it?

You have to actually open up the new game and start playing it. You will only need to do a few taps, and then when you go back into your bakery you should see your 6 gems credited to your account.

I downloaded two games, opened them, and played them for a little while----BUT I NEVER GOT MY FREE GEMS.

This happened to me also but a day later they showed up. Sometimes the game is just just laggy with giving the gems to people.
