i finally crafted my amazon dragon. i didn't play so much for the last 2 weeks but,in the end, i got the last champion. i must say i don't like this dragon very much. IMO this one is the worst looking champion and i hope they wont release 2 many dragons based on poison dragon design. The epic form of poison ( scorpion,wraith,tinsel,amazon,etc) looks like a failed laboratory experiment and the poor creature must crawl like a dying worm. I won't feed it 2 much but i'm happy because i completed the champions collection. good luck everyone !

Me too, I am not going for a second one. I have 70 arrowheads now so should cruise in nicely to be able to craft the dragon by the end of the next tournament.

I have just spent almost all day trying to beat Amazon 13 - Diamond finally sealed the deal on its third attempt. Last time I had this dragon a few days ago it only took a couple of attempts and I got it with Passion. However on the bright side, I now have 76 AHs towards my 2nd Amazon. Jade Here I come:)

Maybe i should go for Tigers Eye. Cant decide. I do know that I am not going to try for a third amazon as I am all battled out and not really looking forward to the next tourney as it is. Maybe I should try and breed some super rare black dragons instead!!!

tourney must be starting soon.... I always seem to get an ultra rare a few hours before the start of one. I usually can never **** it until the tourney starts and gives me a nice lvl 1 to beat. I have lost two rounds already but I won't worry to much unless the full 7 day oops I mean 6 1/2 day tourney doesn't start soon.

Noticed that sometimes in arena there are opponents for which the crafted gemstone/jewel dragons are most suitable, 5% better than all the other (according to calculator at least), both Ruby and Amethyst had such use for me lately, but it is true that mostly these dragons just sit looking pretty. i got my 99th arrow last night so i was finally able to craft my 2nd amazon dragon. the final battles were absolutely horrible and it took me several days to beat the last 6 opponents :

I would try targeting the black colour with a green/white or a cosmic, the rarer the better.

I have beaten a Dark Angel 13 before with Black Knight. Without a diamond, they are probably your strongest to reheal.

I have beaten it with Quetzal, Crusader, and Atlantis before. Rinse and repeat if you don't get it in the first 10 battles.

Valkyrie is always the champ that gives me problems no matter what I throw at it. It take 10 to 15 times usually. I just keep throwing the best 5 dragons I have at it and put them in the spa to heal as needed.

I have my ninja egg in storage, he's going to be talking with Kami's Ninja about strategy, tactics and s****s once I get him out.

Oh I need one of those too. It is listed as a fail for getting the zodiacs and that is what I have been trying for. I currently just got an Anubis fail trying for zodiacs with Diamond and Leo in the den.

Me too :D but I would earn more faster if there wasn't a tourney on. The last few rounds can get very tough. If it was a full 30 match round, at least I was sure to get enough arrowheads by the time I reach the last few rounds. With a flash tourney, I'll probably get stuck on some tough opponents 10 arrow head short of the goal... maybe I'll be lucky this tourney :D

They haven't said but they usually give a warning noticed a few days ahead. So based on the lack of one, I'd say we're safe until early next week. That said only guarantee is the next 24 hours it should still drop while the flash tourney is running

Not sure where to put this but it relates a little to this thread. I have noticed when dragons are exhausted that you usually can go to the habitat and select the dragon and then you have the option to heal from there. Most of my habitats I can do that. However, every so often, when I go to the habitat of a dragon that is exhausted the heal button is not there. I have to go to the spa and heal that same dragon from inside the spa scrolling through the entire list of dragons that need to be healed. Has this happened to anyone else?

I managed to get 3 Black Knights but TL admitted that they weren't supposed to have midnight mace drops available for that long. I actually think they'll let this week go without a tourney. Plenty to do with summoning. I think it'll be next week. They'll probably use this week to announce the arrow heads are stopping and give a few days grace.

Starting times vary but they always end at midnight on the last day - pacific time, which is the TL time for start of the new day.

It might just be better to spend my time healing all my dragons in preparation for the next craftable. I know some people have 2 or 3 amazons. Is it just for the coins they give?
