Tried to purchase the topiary walls and arches. It stated I was at my limit after buying 12. I was wondering why there would be a limit on a hedge? Cannot even purchase the arch now.

All walls and arches count toward a single wall total, which I think is 99 total. So you must have 87 other types of walls/arches in your kingdom.
