Should it have taken me this long to hit level 50?

I have been playing restaurant story since October 1st. I just hit level 50, is that right?

Nothing wrong with that I think. I started October 18th and have reached level 63 but I'm addicted and have too much free time. ;) But I did know all about the workings of this game since I already played it a few years ago. That definitely helped!

Not bad! I think I started September/October and I'm at 60 now and 53 in BS. :)

That sounds pretty good to me...I think it took me one year to reach level 99. But also, it doesn't really matter...I know it's nice to level up, but once you hit 99 you'll wish you still had some levels to go! :)

You probably just don't play as much as others, lol, which might not be a bad thing. I'm addicted to both RS and BS. And 39 isn't that low! You level up based on gaining xp, so maybe try cooking dishes that have more xp gain? I know there's a list of them somewhere in the forum. HTH
