Help: How to build oven

I have bought my oven but don't know how to build it now. It won't let me click on it to get parts. I've played this game a while ago but can't figure it out now.

You will need to collect Parts from your neighbors. When you tap on the appliance, it will show you which Parts you need. If you need more, tap to Ask your neighbors for more Parts.

It won't let me select the oven box in order to ask for parts or see the ones i need.

When trying to buy the box tap in the upper corner of the box.

Also make sure you are not in the design mode.
