switching game from phone to tablet

Hello. I want to use my tablet for games and not my phone. I do want to keep my current game. How do I proceed? Do I need to install all the game on my tablet first and can I transfer my storm id on my own or do I need to email teamlava?

I followed the instructions but I don't have the icon "log in to existing account" I have an android tablet. I only have the icon "sign up" I already have an storm id that I want to use.

When you login, you will move all the games under your old device over to you new device.
