My island is level 11 but I cannot buy the trading portal. I am playing on and Android device. There is no option in the buildings. only Nest, Farm, Large Farm, Enchanted Farm, Breeding Den and Evolution Temple are available.
My Quests available are: The Colors!, The Gemstone Parent!, Epic Proportions, Abracadabra!, Admiral Planet, Greater Greens, Sparkling Diamond, Pump it Up, A Boost of Magic, Across the Sky, It's a Mist-ery, Mark of the Vampire, Festival of Lights and Saving Time.
Under Help it is coming up as Dragon Story 1.0.7.6
