Cooking Duration: 1 hr.
Serving Size: 275
Profit: 750

Portobello Mushroom
EXP: 33/hr
Cooking Duration: 1 hr.
Serving Size: 750
Profit: 1,000.

I would prefere Gourmet Hot Dog, because it's much less servings meaning I get my money about 3 times quiker. Also the cost is less, so profit per serving is higher. :)
But if I'd be a lower level player and would need to fill my counters for longer time mushroom would be my choise.

For me personally there is one more factor - if I like the food in real life. And in real life I hate burgers and hot dogs so it looks unatractive forme in the game as well.
