Getting new tablet, please help.

Hello there. My kindle fire hd is having problems and they are sending me a new one via two day air. I have my account name and passwords active in my zoo.

I also have not only zoo story 2, but also petshop and the nightclub one. I have put in countless hours into these games and would like them on my new kindle when it comes in.

Do I need to email someone else? Could I have my info forwarded?

When you get your new kindle, since you have a password set up for your storm ID, you can transfer your games over in a storm 8 game.
When you transfer, all the games under you kindle will also transfer.

Thank you so much! I will try it soon. Will the games no longer work on my old kindle when I try the transfer? I'm sending it back in a week and I'm going to wipe the tablet before sending it back, of course. Just curious.

You can transfer back to your old kindle if needed by using the same process.
