can i recover my bakery?

I had to switch droids, and I was wondering if there is anyway to recover my bakery? I worked really hard on it. I don't want to start over. Storm8 id is moomosgirl. Im on a droid2 ...any help would be appreciated

I got a new phone also and I was wondering if I could use my same id. I worked to and would hate to have to redo it all. Thanks
