Customers UNABLE to Enter Bakery ??!!

The customers just stand at the door waiting and are unable to go in, even when there is clearly nothing in front of them. I even tried clear everything out of the way to try and see but they still just stand there at the door. This is clearly a glitch or bug issue. I have been very tolerant despite all the constant crashings, however, I see no point in this game now if the customers can't even come in so Im ready to give up on it since this is somewhat frustrating? It would be great if someone can check on it and fix it though, my ID account is kbbon

check to see if your register is block. Thats what happen to me, I try to redecorate and put a stuff toy at the front of register and customer stuck on the door. add me crescent_moon

Yes, even though I had one block empty behind the register, the cashier person doesn't appear, which is the reason why they enter. I found that if I leave more than one block empty behind the register, the problem is solved.
