Cannot find wall pictures and windows?!

I've been trying to find out how to get the windows and wall photos forever now! My friend and I both play bakery story and neither of us have them and are getting very annoyed with not being able to find them! My neighbor told me that you find it under the clock icon beside the chair one but, it's not there! Please, help!

If you are an android user, I dont think you have those options. If you have iphone or ipad, make sure you have the current update from the apple store.
