Can't purchase gems

Hi, I am having problems purchasing gems. Once I choose the package I want to buy, it just keeps processing and nothing comes out. I have to reset the game in the end. Is there something wrong? It's been like this for the past week or so.

You may have another download pending. Try doing a hard reset of your device. Hold down the home and on/off button together until you see the apple sign.
Also check and make sure you have the most current software version for your device.
