Can't buy gems from in-game purchases

I'm new to the forum thing, but I'm not sure where else to go. I'm trying to make an in-app purchase for gems to refill my energy and when i enter in my itunes password a message comes up saying something to the effect that this not a test user account and to create a new sandbox user account. Anyone have any ideas? I'm on an iphone 4.

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the game? Your progress will be saved on our servers.

Did you recently update the iOS version on your device? Sometimes this will happen after updating the iOS version.

Can you try the following?


Logout of the iTunes App Store.
Uninstall Hidden Objects: Mystery Crimes.
Power OFF your device.
Power ON your device.
Login to iTunes App Store and install Hidden Objects: Mystery Crimes.

If this doesn't work, you may need to reset your device and then restore everything from a backup.

I tried deleting and reinstalling and that did not work so i deleted it again and then restarted my phone (turn off/turn back on) and then reinstalled and that fixed it. Thanks!
