Menacing Art

I just leveled up to level 25, and I got three new goals, one of them being Menacing Art. After looking through the forum, I saw it was part of a quest line for the Barracks. I do not have the Barracks yet, so how come I have this goal that is second to last in that quest line? Its to craft three red banners.

I didn't go for the barrack quest FYI, and it worked for me fine so far.
I was a bit disturbed when I saw posting here about getting through the Inn quest easier.
But somehow I managed to finish without it. I put that as a purchase goal when I hv enough gems.
So is the tent thing.

I just used the gems we got from allmthe "baron quests" (not from downloading andd playing games... Heaven forbid). Anyway, now that I've crafted a million feasts for the witch I an justifynthenpurchas, since I have a small stock to,send the knights out.
But at the time I completed the quest line with the just kings keep.
