Transferring to new device

I recently bought a new iPhone and had farm story backed up on iTunes but when transfer was completed I had to sign up with farm story again, putting me back to level1, how can I continue my farm story from one device to another?

I have my UDID for my new device, but I don't know my old device's UDID. That device is gone. What do I do now?
