Device not compatible. Seems unfair to me.

Please help,

I received a goal to download 2 games (12 gems) and when I open the Play Store, it says my device isn't compatible. This has never happened before. Its for Bejeweled and Word Search. I find this a bit unfair. Any help would be appreciated.
