When I select Build on the Royal Exchange goals I'm taken to the crafting buildings but there is no royal exchange to purchase. I've searched all the buildings and do not see it as either an unlocked or locked option/goal. I've rebooted and deleted and reinstalled the game with no luck. I'm playing on an iPad 4 with IOS 7.0.4. I'm currently at level 12, is it too early for me to be able to add the exchange?
