What happened to the goals?

Earlier today I had a candy blast goal and a home design goal which are now gone. A few minutes ago I still had the 'royal' goal (the one where you have to bake 35 king cakes), now that one is gone too. The last one didn't have an expiration date attached and I'm half way through. Have they been removed in error?

The goals have returned except for candy blast. Do they from time to time just disappear for good, despite remaining time?

Despite completing the Christmas Furnishings goal and accepting the O Light Up Tree Goal, I cannot see the O Light Up Tree Goal in my list of goals therefore I cannot complete it which means I also cannot complete later Christmas goals that depend on the completion of the O Light Up Tree goal. Anyone else having this issue as well?
